About the Role: Ready to step up and lead with vision, driving sales for an international company who are making a great impression in the UK dairy sector? We are seeking a dynamic UK Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive strategic growth, and actively expand and strengthen our clients' brand presence across the UK. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of dairy farming, driving market leadership while working with world-class technology that genuinely enhances farm profitability. As a seasoned sales professional with a hands-on approach, you will foster a supportive and inspiring leadership style, maximising sales and driving business growth. This remote role involves managing your own schedule and travelling across the UK to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, representing the company and supporting growth in the dairy industry. Ideal for a proactive, results-focused Sales Leader to leverage an established network and key sector contacts to drive new business growth.

Responsibilities:

To develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
To cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with partners in the UK
To proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
To drive sales by securing key deals, supporting dealers, and achieving revenue and margin targets
To produce financial and sales reports, analyse performance, and identify areas for growth
To develop and execute marketing plans, support sales strategies, and provide product and market insights
To stay abreast of market trends and competitor activity, and promote brand presence
To collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies across the business

Qualifications:

Proven previous success in a sales management role
A strong knowledge and understanding of the dairy industry
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales, with excellent sales skills and principles
An established network in the agricultural sector (preferably dairy)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in budget planning and sales reporting
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
A team collaborator who can work effectively and cohesively across the business
A strategic thinker with good business acumen
Excellent organisational and planning skills, able to prioritise workloads to meet business needs
Self-motivated, with a practical mindset
Highly professional and results-driven
UK driving licence, with the desire to travel across the UK

Required Skills:

Knowledge and experience of dairy farming technology
