Job Title: Business Analyst – Clean and Resilient Buildings (Only w2 candidates - NO c2c)

Location: Remote

Duration: 3 Years

Hours: 40 hours/week

About the Role

The Clean and Resilient Buildings Team at NYSERDA is seeking a Business Analyst to support process improvement, system optimization, and data integration efforts across clean energy and building decarbonization initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the Salesforce platform to ensure seamless operations, accurate reporting, and improved stakeholder experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in functional design, systems analysis, or Salesforce administration.
Strong proficiency with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Lightning capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Approvals, Reports).
Proficiency in Jira, SharePoint, Tableau, and SQL.
Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Attributes

Knowledge of data security, metadata management, and relational databases.
Experience supporting clean energy, building decarbonization, or sustainability initiatives.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
