The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Vice President of GTM Strategy and Operations to architect and lead our GTM Strategy and RevOps function. In this foundational role, you will design and scale the strategies, systems, and insights that power our growth engine. You will report to the President and work in close partnership with GTM leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
A Note on Location
This role is hybrid, with in-person time at our Toronto office (about 2–3 times per month) and company kickoffs.
What You’ll Be Doing
Foundation building
Standardize GTM processes and playbooks across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Define handoffs, cadences, and accountability measures that scale
Build the data architecture needed for visibility, automation, and AI adoption
Data & insights
Own revenue data strategy and governance
Deliver dashboards and insights that drive smarter GTM decisions, retention, and expansion
Build forecasting models that improve predictability and inform capital allocation
Technology & AI enablement
Own the RevTech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Catalyst, Gong, etc)
Introduce scalable AI workflows to boost productivity, personalization, and decision-making
Ensure systems are integrated, user-friendly, widely adopted, and delivering leverage to GTM teams
Performance & productivity
Track and optimize funnel performance, rep productivity, and lifecycle metrics
Define and monitor benchmarks for ARR per FTE to drive continuous improvement
Develop and scale playbooks and enablement programs that lift individual and team performance
Leadership & alignment
Partner with GTM leaders to align on strategy, goals, and operating rhythm
Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team with a culture of accountability, agility, and innovation
Act as the strategic glue between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Drive execution of mission-critical cross-functional initiatives
What You Offer Blue J
10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales or Marketing Ops, or GTM leadership in SaaS
Proven track record improving productivity and outcomes like ARR per FTE, CAC payback, NRR, and GRR
Deep knowledge of CRM and RevTech ecosystems
Experience rolling AI and automation into GTM motions
Strong leadership, alignment, and influence skills in fast-moving scale-up environments

Driving toward world-class efficiency benchmarks (approaching $1M ARR per FTE)
Forecast accuracy within ±5%
Stronger funnel conversion and shorter sales cycles
GTM teams operating with clarity, confidence, and real leverage from data and AI
