We're looking for a skilled consultant to become a valuable part of our client's team, focusing on enhancing their enterprise architecture framework. This role is pivotal in guiding digital transformation and ensuring that data is treated as a strategic asset, setting the stage for innovative growth and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Participating in strategic discussions at the company level and advising on the impact of potential decisions on the organization, processes, and technology.
Defining and maintaining enterprise architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions by collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and overseeing the integration of systems across various business units.
Establishing data standards and best practices for modeling, integration, and governance while maintaining the enterprise data architecture roadmap.
Managing the lifecycle of applications and platforms, defining modernization and cloud migration strategies.
Communicating clearly with non-technical stakeholders about architectural decisions and their implications, while ensuring governance compliance and identifying architectural risks.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect addition to our client's team will possess the following qualifications:

A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture roles.
Strong technical expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and integration, particularly with Azure and Microsoft data technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively, along with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in Dutch or French, as well as English.
