As part of our BeLux division, you will be working as an IT Business Analyst in one of the multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
The scope of the Middle & CRM team is on the lead to contract process, valuing & billing, card and account management and lifecycle of our stakeholders Clients & Merchants, based on a set of bespoke applications and CRM SalesForce. You will be part of a small team of analysts, testers, developers, and a Scrum Master. You will report to the Tech Product Owner Middle & CRM .
The key stakeholders for this position are:
Internal: End-users & key users, product managers and executives, process owners/team leaders and managers, Agile Teams (Scrum Masters and Product Owners).
External: HQ’s corporate IT, Remote Development centers, customers and partners.
Reporting Line: you report directly to the IT Middle Office & CRM Product Owner and your N+2 will be the CTO BeLux.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will be in charge of:
Defining a product vision and strategy:
Business analysis & modelling: understanding, documenting, supporting and analyzing the applications and procedures that support the business functions performed in the different departments of the company
Requirements definition & management: defining user stories and acceptance criteria with the key users, Product Owners, Product Managers and Business Sponsors
Development & implementation: participate actively with the dev. team, lead the validation efforts with the end users and proactively help the team members on their tasks to finish each Sprint
Application support & Customer service support: as a team, take responsibility of changes put into production
The quality of the deliverables: testing of Developments, Business Process & applications
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU
You have a at least one experience (minimum 2 years) in the digital field as Business Analyst.
You have proficiency in:
Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate complex information and extract meaningful insights to guide decision-making
Critical Thinking: Capability to assess problems, ask relevant questions, and challenge assumptions.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to identify operational or technical issues and propose practical and innovative solutions.
Documentation Skills: Ability to write clear and concise functional specifications, analysis documents, and status reports.
Agile Product Management: Atlassian Jira & Confluence and Azure DevOps
Collaboration & communication tools (Teams, Figjam/Miro, Office 365,… )
Fluency in English and French. Dutch is a plus.

Experience in SalesForce CRM and in financial services are an asset.
API Modelling and Testing: Familiarity with API modelling and testing using tools such as Postman or Bruno.
Excel Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of essential functions and data manipulation

Permanent contract (38 hours/week).
