Opportunity Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Change & Communications Specialist to support a major transformation program across North America. You’ll act as the on-the-ground link between global and regional teams—driving execution, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring clear communication across multiple business functions.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and deliver regional Change & Comms activities aligned with global frameworks
Support stakeholder engagement and communication planning across functional teams
Conduct stakeholder assessments and manage action plans to ensure readiness
Consolidate updates and provide status reporting to leadership teams
Collaborate with functional change leads and hub teams to align deliverables
Act as the bridge between global programs and North American stakeholders

What You Bring

3–5 years’ experience in Organizational Change Management or Communications
Strong coordination, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
Confident communicator with cross-functional and cross-regional experience
Execution-driven mindset – comfortable turning plans into action
Experience in shared services or transformation environments is a plus
