Role: Scrum Master(W2 profile only)

Job Location: Buffalo, NY

Duration: 6-12+ Months

Visa Type:- Only USC/GC

What You'll Need to Have:

Scrum Master certification.
Infrastructure experience.
Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years experience on an agile team, including at least 2 years as a Scrum Master, OR 8+ years combined education and experience, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
Demonstrated success fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of Agile and Lean principles and practices.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience in multiple technical roles (e.g., developer, tester, UX, BA).
Familiarity with Design Thinking.
Background in developing/managing digital capabilities.
