As part of the LVMH House team, your mission will be to design and develop Learning, Innovation, and Transformation solutions to address Business, Leadership, and New Ways of Working challenges. Join our international team and contribute to strategic projects in the field of Learning & Development.
Job Responsibilities
Program and Training Coordination:
Support program and event logistics, collaborating with teams across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
Provide administrative support, for the planning, scheduling, delivery of various training programs, workshops, and meetings.
Support Learning & Development teams on ad hoc projects.
Support the team with presentation materials, proofreading, and editing.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas, directions, and tools for leadership and management programs.
Program Data Analysis:
Analyze program data, including participant demographics, feedback surveys with quantitative and qualitative components, etc.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of leadership programs by identifying trends, areas for enhancement, and recommending data-driven solutions.
Develop and deliver presentations based on data insights to inform leadership program stakeholders.
L&D Communication:
Collaborate with program directors to plan and execute communication strategies that promote LVMH House activities, programs, and events across all formats (virtual, in-person, hybrid).
Research, write, and publish content for internal stakeholders and the Group’s L&D and Talent Development community
Profile
Student in Masters 2 degree in HR and/or organizational psychology, communications, public relations, marketing or similar field. Fluent English, native speaker strongly preferred, French appreciated. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients & partners. Strong analytical skills, especially for data analysis. Excellent grammar skills with copy editing/proofreading experience. Proficiency in digital communication channels and tools (intranets, LinkedIn, LumApps, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, etc). Strong Tech and digital proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint & Excel) and design programs (Canva, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro X appreciated). Attention to details with a very organized way of working and commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Optimistic, proactive, and curious by nature. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and tackle challenges. Passion for learning, professional development, cultural transformation, and future leadership.
