Job Responsibilities
Moët Hennessy, the world leader in luxury wines and spirits, has recently entered into a 10-year strategic partnership with Formula 1 within the LVMH Group. This unprecedented partnership represents a unique opportunity to unite the excellence of our Maisons with the thrilling universe of motorsport.
As part of this journey, we are looking for an intern to support the F1 team in the deployment of Moët Hennessy’s activations around Formula 1. Based within the Corporate Communication team and reporting to the F1 Program Manager, the intern will play a key role in operational support and coordination.
Main Responsibilities
International Coordination Support
Assist in the smooth circulation of information between Maisons, Markets, LVMH, TAG Heuer, Louis Vuitton and Formula 1 teams.
Prepare, update and format project management tools (presentations, timelines, action trackers, reports) to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Contribute to coordination with agencies and external partners, ensuring deadlines, deliverables and approvals are met.
Provide day-to-day operational support to the F1 team.
Brand Activations & Event Execution
Support the preparation and implementation of 360° activations across different Maisons and Markets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Coordinate with F1 contacts and local markets on logistical aspects (deliveries, set-ups).
Assist in drafting and delivering race reports, highlighting key results, best practices and learnings.
Ensure the proper flow of information between event stakeholders before, during and after each Grand Prix.
Communication & Content
Follow up on the production of brand content (photo, video, digital assets) and ensure collection, archiving and sharing with Maisons and social media teams.
Help design and distribute internal communication tools with the Internal Corporate Communication team (newsletters, updates) to keep internal stakeholders informed.
Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of communication campaigns (coverage, visibility, engagement metrics).
Client Experience & Hospitality
Assist in the preparation of VIP/VIC dossiers in collaboration with MH Private and F1 teams, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Support the follow-up of guest lists, invitations and on-site hospitality logistics.
Collect and consolidate feedbacks to improve the future of hospitality experiences.
Contribute to the delivery of high-standard client experiences in line with Moët Hennessy’s luxury positioning.
Tracking, Reporting & Knowledge Management
Contribute to post-Grand Prix reports (key figures, visuals, press/social coverage, benchmarks).
Update and maintain reporting documents for internal teams and top management.
Help structure, centralize and archive project documentation to ensure best practices and knowledge are retained.
Support the creation of dashboards and tools to track performance and measure the impact of activations.
Profile
Education & Skills
Student in Business, Marketing, Communication, Sports Management or a related field.
Previous experience in project management, events, communication, or luxury industries is an asset.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
Familiarity with digital monitoring and analytics platforms (e.g., Talkwalker, social listening tools).
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
