Junior Brand Manager

Do you have a passion for marketing and a keen eye for how brands connect with consumers both in-store and online?

Are you looking to build your career with a growing international toy brand?

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can learn from experienced marketers and make a real impact from day one?

Macgregor Black are partnering with a Growing Toy Brand on the search for a Junior Brand Manager. This is a permanent role based in France.

As the Junior Brand Manager, you’ll support the development and execution of marketing plans across the French market. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Sales team, you’ll help activate go-to-market campaigns, coordinate retail and digital initiatives, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, perfect for someone eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of French marketing and retail activity plans across both owned and licensed brands.
Assist in coordinating retail marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions, displays, and brand visibility.
Work with the EMEA marketing team to help localize assets for social media, PR, and influencer campaigns.
Contribute to digital-first campaigns by adapting centrally produced materials for the French market.
Track campaign performance and help compile reports and insights to inform future plans.
Coordinate sample requests, translations, and approvals for local marketing materials.
Support the planning and preparation for trade shows.

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
1–3 years’ experience in marketing, brand management, or retail marketing, ideally within consumer goods, entertainment, or licensing.
Understanding of digital and social media marketing principles.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A collaborative, proactive approach — happy to take ownership of projects and support wider team goals.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Competitive salary + benefits.
