Our client, a Communications and Marketing agency in NYC, is looking for a freelance Senior Account Manager for a 1-month 40-hour/week contract. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, deliverables, timelines, and approvals across multiple projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with agency experience overseeing integrated campaigns spanning branding, digital, and video initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at building strong client relationships, translating client needs into actionable plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless project execution. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is passionate about delivering creative work that drives measurable results.

This is a 40-hour/week 1-month contract that may require sometime in the NYC office for meetings, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, managing all communications and ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of branding, digital, and video projects from kickoff through final delivery.
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and approval processes to ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope.
Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure all work meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Proactively identify client needs and opportunities to strengthen relationships and grow accounts.
Prepare and present campaign plans, creative concepts, and performance reports to clients.
Manage budgets, monitor project profitability, and provide accurate forecasting.
Ensure a high standard of client service through consistent communication, problem-solving, and project oversight.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of account management experience within an advertising, branding, or digital agency environment.
Proven experience managing branding, digital, and video projects from conception to completion.
Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Solid understanding of creative and production processes across multiple channels.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
