An opportunity for a skilled System and Network Administrator to join a dynamic software company as an ITOM/FSO Consultant. You’ll play a central role in both the technical pre-sales and support stages, helping clients integrate cutting-edge monitoring and IT operations solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations.
Conduct proof-of-concept and pilot projects for clients.
Contribute to RFP responses and provide technical expertise to support project delivery.
Animate webinars and participate in trade shows to promote ITOM/FSO solutions.
Manage Level 1/2 support tickets and assist with network and system administration tasks.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science.
At least 2 years of experience implementing and integrating monitoring or supervision tools (e.g., Nagios, Centreon, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, New Relic).
Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Technical knowledge of networking, firewalls, Active Directory, Windows systems, databases, web applications, cybersecurity basics, and DevOps principles.
Internal and vendor-provided training offered.

Administrateur Systèmes et Réseaux (Consultant ITOM/FSO) – Présentiel | Vendée, France

Rejoignez une PME dynamique spécialisée dans le développement de solutions logicielles en tant qu’Administrateur Systèmes et Réseaux, sur un poste de Consultant ITOM/FSO. Vous participerez activement à l’avant-vente technique, au support et à l’intégration de solutions innovantes de supervision et de gestion IT.
Vos missions :
Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour présenter et démontrer les solutions ITOM/FSO.
Réaliser des maquettes, POC/POV et répondre aux appels d’offres.
Soutenir les équipes delivery sur les aspects techniques.
Animer des webinars et participer à des salons professionnels.
Gérer des tickets de support de niveau 1 et 2 et assurer l’administration des réseaux et systèmes.
Profil recherché :
Formation Bac+3 minimum en informatique.
Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en intégration de solutions de supervision (Nagios, Centreon, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, etc.).
Aisance relationnelle et sens du service client.
Connaissances techniques : réseaux, firewall, Active Directory, Windows, bases de données, applications web, cybersécurité, notions DevOps.
Formation interne et par les éditeurs assurée.
Un poste en présentiel en Vendée, au sein d’une équipe passionnée et dans un environnement stimulant.
