Experience required for Senior Rust Developer

10+ years as a Professional software development experience
5+ years of experience into Rust Development
3+ years of proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role
5+ years of experience with Rust ecosystem tools and popular crates.
5 + years of Knowledge of async programming in Rust using tokio, async-std, or similar frameworks.
5+ years of experience with advanced automation platforms like SaltStack for infrastructure and configuration management.
3+ years of Knowledge and Experience with AWS, GitHub, and GitLab pipelines.
