The Role
As our UK business undergoes significant transformation, we are building towards a single strategic Target Operating Model. The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in defining and documenting this model - supporting data analysis, business process design, and creating the operating manuals required to embed change effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse business needs and data to help define the Target Operating Model for the UK business.
Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, governance models, and technical specifications.
Communicate findings, recommendations, and complex concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Maintain a holistic view of the transformation journey, ensuring the operating model evolves in line with business needs.
Prioritise business requirements to align with strategic goals and delivery timelines.
Consider people, process, and structure when assessing business needs and solutions.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, driving efficiency and commercial value.
Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders to deliver effective, sustainable change.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in business process analysis, data analysis, and system documentation.
Background in the occupational pensions industry.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to embed change and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience mapping internal and external products and services.
