Job Title: Business Analyst 4

Location: Detroit, MI 48202

Duration: 12 Months

Work Type: Hybrid (Onsite Wednesdays & Thursdays)

Responsibilities

Manage project scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Managers, and Program Leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Review and coordinate project tasks, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional, matrixed teams to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, reviews, daily stand-ups).
Work with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders in Agile software development.
Facilitate change requests, decision approvals, and prioritization.
Track and follow up on business and vendor program action items.
Manage program scope changes and enhancement scheduling.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Business Analyst, including matrix management across business, technology, and testing teams.
Strong background in scope/requirements management, quality management, and test management.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities across concurrent projects.
Strong project management skills—risk escalation, task execution, coordination, and delivery oversight.
Extensive Agile and Waterfall project experience.
Proficiency with project management, testing, and change management tools (preferably Azure DevOps).
Skilled in facilitating program change requests, approvals, and prioritization.
