Job Specifications
Working with one of our top financial institutions, this role calls for a Business Analyst- Risk/Ambiguity/Banking with a proven track record of driving requirements strategy, facilitating stakeholder alignment, and delivering end-to-end business analysis in an Agile @Scale environment. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions that align with enterprise goals and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the Requirements Strategy and Requirements Package, ensuring alignment with business goals and risk appetite.
Lead, analyze, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders using various techniques to probe, elicit, challenge, and gain consensus on business needs.
Identify, document, and validate current state processes while partnering with stakeholders to design the desired future state.
Provide recommendations and direction based on an end-to-end customer experience approach.
Collaborate with both business (Journey) and technology (Platform) teams to lead requirements analysis and documentation.
Assess, document, and validate current and future state processes to ensure effective solutions that address business challenges.
Partner on delivery, testing, and implementation activities to support business benefits and achieve measurable outcomes.
Apply best practices for effective communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
Review BAU issues and provide guidance for resolution (note: defect fixes will be handled by the appropriate delivery pods).
Desired Skill Set:
6+ years of hands-on Business Analysis experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
Proven experience with Requirements Gathering, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.
Strong ability to work in ambiguity and drive clarity across cross-functional teams.
Experience working in Hybrid Agile @Scale environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and facilitation abilities.
Proven self-starter with strong ownership and accountability for deliverables.
Experience reviewing and guiding BAU issues to resolution.
Nice to Have:
Experience in data analysis, including mapping data flows, data retention, and system interactions.
Prior involvement in large/strategic legal, regulatory, or risk initiatives.
Previous banking or financial industry experience.
Strong regulatory compliance or risk management background (highly preferred).
Six Sigma certification and experience in process optimization.
Product Owner (PO) experience.
Experience working within a Scaled Agile environment.
