Data Analyst – Global Fintech Leader (Contract)

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Rate: Up to £285 per day (umbrella)

Duration: 9-month contract (current end date: September 2026)

About the Role

We’re partnering with a global fintech leader to hire a Data Analyst within their Customer Success Data Science team, driving data capabilities and insights across international markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced data professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a tangible impact on how customer success is measured and delivered across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Build robust data foundations – Work with engineering teams to improve data integrity, pipelines, and governance across international markets.
Develop actionable dashboards – Create scalable, user-friendly dashboards that deliver real-time insights on key performance metrics (tNPS, Issue Resolution, AHT, etc.).
Deliver deep-dive analytics – Conduct root-cause analysis to identify pain points and drive operational improvements.
Support experimentation – Analyse A/B test outcomes to optimize customer and digital experiences.
Influence through storytelling – Translate data insights into compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions across business units.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years’ experience in Data Analytics or Data Science (ideally within Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience).
Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
Proficiency in Tableau, Qlik, or similar visualization tools.
Experience with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.
Exposure to Python or R for automation, experimentation, or analytics.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and comfort working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field (or equivalent experience).
