Following a record-breaking year and continued success throughout 2025, the business is now expanding its finance team with the creation of a brand-new Management Accountant role. What we are searching for

To be successful in this role you will be dynamic, proactive in your approach and have a commercial mindset who enjoys building lasting relationships. You will need to be adaptable, enjoy being visible in the business and someone that continually looks to improve processes and efficiencies.

Have great systems knowledge and some that enjoys talking to none finance to deliver improvements the new system integration.

Ideally this person would have previous Management Accounting experience and be comfortable interacting with the management team but equally able to ‘roll up your sleeves’ when needed, be comfortable working as part of the team as well as working autonomously.

Importantly, the Head of Finance is looking for a candidate to grow and progress with the company to help the business achieve their strategic growth objectives.

Reporting to a dynamic Head of Finance, you will work very closely together to deliver outstanding financial support to the rest of the business.

As the company continues to grow, it gives you the opportunity to put your own stamp on the future of the finance function, building the right foundations for the future finance framework.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the integration of new systems implementation across the business.
Assisting the Head of finance with Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and supporting operational teams with financial insight.
Production of monthly management accounts including profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, accruals, prepayments, and commentary on variances
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Manage the consolidation of financials for the group
Business partner to the Management team, advising on financial aspects to improve efficiency and performance
Financial modelling
