Your Impact

As our new Customer Success, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technical & sales teams. From the first demo to full go-live, you guide implementations and ensure customers are set up for long-term success.

Key responsibilities

Run ROI calculations with real customer data (typically in Excel)
Configure Optioryx products to the client needs and processes
Talk to customers and try to help them!
Onboard customers, guide implementation and be their first point of contact if they have questions on the product configuration.
Translate customer needs to product features and roadmap
Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to keep projects on track.
Validate and test new feature developments

Who We’re Looking For

You are analytical and communicative, both equally comfortable with numbers and people.

Enthusiastic & passionate about technology and supply chains.
Ambitious and eager to grow: the more responsibility you take on, the faster you’ll grow.
Ideally a Handelsingenieur (business engineer) with some supply chain experience (consulting?). This is a nice to have, not required.
Fluent in Dutch & English; French is a plus.
Affinity with software/cloud apps and strong problem solving skills.
