Job Description

Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Senior Associate of Strategic Finance, Growth and Performance for LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). This person will partner closely with senior GTM leaders, monitoring key business metrics, identifying emerging trends, collaborating with and sizing the financial impact of strategic initiatives. This highly cross-functional role emphasizes operational rigor and strong execution against top priorities to shape the future growth of LSS. A strong candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and synthesized communication.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners
Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities
Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members
Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints
Stakeholder Influence
Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action
Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance
Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions
Execution & Organization
Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective, with minimal supervision
Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions
Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes
Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support
Performance Management
Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts for assigned metrics
Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks
Leverages advanced knowledge to develop hypotheses using identified signals, trends, and risks
Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design experiments to close deviations from targets

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, finance, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in the technology industry

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $98,000 to $158,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
