Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York City.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Corporate Strategic Finance, to join the Consolidations and Reporting team. This role will lead forecast and financial planning across Strategic Finance, enhance corporate reporting, and drive forecast transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in forecasting and consolidations and demonstrate strong independent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
Begins to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and leads strategy development with business partners.
Maintains collaborative relationships with other teams and proactively seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
Stakeholder Influence
Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) and implications of internal/external factors to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action.
Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to drive alignment and decision-making on issues within area of responsibility.
Execution & Organization
Serves as a resource for stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions.
Independently drives the development of large workstreams, projects, or operational processes.
Proactively identifies obstacles and recommends solutions.
Performance Management
Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts and develops improvements/alternatives for key metrics.
Leverages highly advanced knowledge to develop hypotheses using identified signals, trends, and risks.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 5 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the technology industry.
Strong aptitude with planning and reporting systems with preference to Oracle EPM and Hyperion Essbase
Strong technical skills in forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling, with deep understanding of margin and operating leverage
Communicates insights clearly and persuasively to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and driving continuous process improvement.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $202,000
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
