Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join one of our top clients. This person will sit in Cleveland, OH or Cary, NC. We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Engineer. This person will be joining a team of roughly 10, working closely along 4 other ServiceNow Engineers. The ServiceNow Engineer is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of the ServiceNow platform. They will be working very closely with ITSM. This role requires a deep understanding ServiceNow processes, data governance, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure the strategies are effectively integrated and utilized across the organization.

Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience within ServiceNow
Strong experience with road mapping and strategic directions
In depth knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including modules like Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management
Experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies

Plusses:

Masters Degree
Certifications (CAS, CAD, ITSM or ITOM)
Strong experience with ServiceNow CMDB
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
