Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Integration & Platform Engineer

Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX – Onsite 3 Days per Week

Type: Contract-to-Hire (Could Extend then Convert)

Pay Rate: $78-80 per hour depending on experience during contract

Chamberlain Advisors is partnering with a leading equity derivatives clearing organization to hire an experienced Senior ServiceNow Integration & Platform Engineer to join their ServiceNow platform team. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrations, low-code configurations, and consultative services aligned with OCC requirements. What You Will Be Accountable For

Design, develop, and deploy configurations and integrations within the existing ServiceNow platform.
Implement out-of-box capabilities and low-code/low-complexity solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and integrate new product capabilities.
Provide technical guidance and contribute to architectural decisions across multiple ServiceNow modules and enterprise systems.
Contribute to overall technical strategy and platform architecture.
Ensure all solutions adhere to established SDLC procedures, quality standards, security controls, audit requirements, and performance expectations.
Recommend and enforce coding standards and development best practices.
Provide product support for system functionality, including troubleshooting and implementing required fixes.
Assist with continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance and user experience.

What Qualifications You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of professional IT experience
5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow modules, including:
IT Service Management (ITSM)
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro)
Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro)
Security Operations (SecOps)
3+ years of JavaScript development experience
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration frameworks
Ability to recommend, document, and enforce coding standards
Experience working within SAFe, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps methodologies
