The Judge Group, a Technology, Talent & Learning Solutions company based in Wayne, PA, that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Senior Business Data Analyst/BI Analyst for an on-site contract Position.

Role: Senior Business Data Analyst/BI Analyst

Location: Onsite in Austin, TX

Duration: 9+ months contract

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.
Proven ability to research, gather, and analyze data; prepare concise reports; and devise solutions to complex problems.
Expertise in transforming data into actionable insights and presenting findings to executive stakeholders.
Experience developing as-is / to-be data models to identify operational efficiencies.
Skilled in mapping data, establishing benchmarks, and creating frameworks for trend analysis and performance measurement.
Strong understanding of data policies and procedures and their impact on automated systems.
Ability to create metadata, tables, and user interfaces for clear reporting.
Proficiency in developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using advanced reporting tools.
