Location: Los Angeles, CA – Onsite

Employment: Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry. The ideal candidate will support business operations, product teams, and content workflows by analyzing data, identifying opportunities for optimization, and driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance audience engagement, content performance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Media & Entertainment industry (TV, OTT/Streaming, Film, Music, Digital Media, etc.).

Strong understanding of content creation, programming, distribution, monetization, and audience analytics.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
