Research Assistant - £285 - £300 Per Day – Cambridge (5 Days Onsite) – 12 Months – Multinational Technology Company

Overview:

Our client a Multinational Technology Company, are seeking a Research Assistant to join their cutting-edge research facility near Cambridge. This role will support data collection activities for advanced audio and AR projects. You’ll work closely with engineers and project coordinators, assist participants, and ensure accurate data recording.

Key Responsibilities

Execute data collection activities in the acoustic lab
Work with engineers during campaigns, handling participant-facing tasks
Assist internal and external participants, ensuring clarity of process
Record and maintain metadata accurately and consistently
Liaise with coordinators for scheduling and smooth operations
Validate collected data
Contribute to planning and experiment protocol design
Run some data collections (e.g., subjective experiments with simple setups)

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in a relevant field
Experience in research environments and data collection
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (or similar)
Ability to work onsite in Cambridge

Rate & Duration

£285 - £300 Per Day (Inside IR35)
12 Months (extensions extremely likely)
Cambridge (5 Days onsite)
