Join Accenture’s team as a ServiceNow Delivery Lead in Canada, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise platform transformation strategies. You will lead delivery engagements, advise clients on platform strategy and optimization, and drive innovation across ServiceNow implementations. This role is ideal for a seasoned expert with deep ServiceNow proficiency and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.

Role Summary

ServiceNow Delivery Leads at Accenture require a strong blend of leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills, including a deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently while navigating complex business and program landscapes and remaining focused on delivering exceptional customer value.

As an Accenture ServiceNow Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple interrelated large project initiatives within a program, inclusive of overseeing the successful end to end delivery of the program. Proficiency across core program management capabilities listed below is required:

Defining program goals, objectives, and deliverables

Managing interdependencies within the program

Creating plans and schedules

Managing the program financials

Adherence to timelines and program objectives

Stakeholder management

Team management

Program governance

Risk assessment and mitigation

Vendor management

Quality assurance

Continuous improvement

Program reporting

Client relationship management

In addition to delivery, An Accenture ServiceNow Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in:

supporting sales by leveraging their expertise and experience in project delivery.

contributing to solution design and scoping efforts by providing input on project requirements and estimations.

contributing to the development of project proposals and statements of work.

client engagement and relationship management.

Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience leading delivery of large, complex ServiceNow implementation projects

Deep understanding of ServiceNow across a variety of modules

Experience implementing TSM (Telecommunications Service Management) is a major asset

Must have led at least 2 implementations of large ServiceNow programs/projects

Experience leading projects in large, complex environments with hybrid onshore-offshore delivery models

Previous experience using an Agile delivery approach

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus across diverse groups.

A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with a large consulting firm is strongly preferred

Leading projects that include UI design preferred

Proposal development

Solution design and scoping

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
