Job Specifications

We are looking for a Lead Staff Full Stack Engineer to design and build next-generation enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI-based coding tools. The engineer will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications.
Build and optimize backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Develop frontend applications using React/Next.js (or similar frameworks).
Design and maintain APIs, distributed systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Work with AWS cloud services and deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Actively use AI-based coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, DX AI) in daily development.
Mentor and guide engineers, promoting best practices and technical leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10+ years of software engineering experience.
Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with React/Next.js or similar frontend frameworks.
Deep knowledge of AWS cloud, distributed systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AI-based coding tools in real projects.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
