We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support within the healthcare industry. This temporary role based in Birmingham requires a skilled professional with a focus on technology to ensure smooth IT operations.

Michael Page are proud to be representing a leading Birmingham brand as they continue to expand in their sector as a growing name.
Due to continued expansion, and the peak season, they are now recruiting for an interim IT Support Engineer to join the team.
Description
As the IT Support Engineer role, you will operate on an on-site basis, working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, providing expert IT Support solutions.
The environment is Microsoft-based, so you will be covering troubleshooting across areas including Windows 10 and 11, Office365 and Active Directory.
As well as software support, you will cover general hardware break-fix of PCs, laptops, printers and mobile devices for the on-site user base.
You will be based at one site near central Birmingham, with no additional travel required to other sites.
Profile
The successful candidate for the IT Support Engineer role will be experienced at a 2nd Line level in the following areas:
Windows 10 and 11
Office365
Active Directory
ITIL
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
Competitive daily rate of £130 to £140 per day (Inside IR35).
3 month contract, with likelihood of extension.
part time role, working 3 days per week.
