Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will manage and grow sales within a designated geographic territory. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share within your assigned territory.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients, promoting category and product awareness to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Manage your sales pipeline by nurturing leads and creating plans to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats within your territory.
Track and report on sales performance, including progress against targets, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure effective communication of promotions and campaigns.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience.
Willingness to travel overnight as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry or territory-based role.

Skills:

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize competing demands within gas and convenience store retailers and internally.
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of driving category leadership sales execution.
Enthusiasm for enhancing customer satisfaction and developing relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Clean driving record and reliable transportation required.
