Job Description
Based in London, UK, you'll report to the Sales Operations Manager and serve as a critical partner to Sales management teams across Europe, ANZ, and our Distributor Markets. This is a London-based position with no travel required—you'll collaborate with global teams virtually.
As Commercial Operations Manager, you'll be the vital link between Global Consumer Sales and cross-functional teams. You'll drive process improvements, manage strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless communication between sales, product, marketing, and our retail partners.
Please note that this is a fixed-term contract role limited to one year with possibility to extend.
What You'll Do
Design and implement communication frameworks that keep Sales teams informed of critical business and product decisions
Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams, translating strategies into actionable insights
Lead global business improvement initiatives, including RFPs and and other initiatives to support our go to market model, including sales, service and logistics
Create, optimize, and manage sales operations processes to improve efficiency
Lead end-to-end project management for annual global partner contract negotiations
Ensure Bose contracts with customers on terms that protect and advance business interests
Coordinate product launches, end-of-life transitions, and pricing updates across all channels
Deliver timely support to sales teams and retail partners on performance metrics and operational needs
What You'll Bring
Essential Experience
5-10 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Project Management roles
Proven track record working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Experience driving process improvements and managing internal communications
Demonstrated ability to achieve results without direct authority
Deep understanding of consumer electronics retail operations
Skills & Capabilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Exceptional service orientation with ability to balance partner needs against business objectives
Natural collaborator who thrives on building relationships across departments and geographies
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating virtually with international teams
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a strong plus)
Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or PMI certifications are valued but not required
