Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused B2B tech sales/ Software sales representative to help expand adoption of a rapidly growing autonomous mobility offering for business customers. This role sits within a high-growth team that operates with the agility of a startup, focused on accelerating commercial expansion across multiple active markets.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B tech sales/ Software sales, with experience managing full-cycle SMB and mid-market deals. You’re comfortable balancing a high volume of inbound activity while generating your own outbound opportunities, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where adaptability and ownership matter.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full B2B sales cycle for a tech-driven corporate ride-hail solution for SMB and mid-market customers.
Qualify and respond to daily inbound leads while building additional pipeline through strategic outbound outreach.
Conduct product demos, communicate value propositions clearly, and convert qualified prospects into active business users.
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine messaging, address customer needs, and streamline the customer journey.
Support light onboarding for new accounts to ensure a smooth transition onto the platform.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in B2B tech sales, SMB/mid-market account management, or partnerships.
Proven success running full-cycle deals in a fast-paced environment with short sales timelines.
Experience managing high-volume inbound leads + outbound prospecting.
Excellent communication, qualification, and demo skills, with the ability to close deals independently.
Strong organizational discipline, including CRM management and pipeline hygiene.
Adaptability, problem-solving, and comfort working in an evolving, startup-like environment.
