Our client, a leading provider of financial technology software, is hiring a Program Manager in Mountain View, CA!

*This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*

As a Program Manager, you will lead customer engagement efforts across a portfolio of 150 mid-market accounts, ensuring every interaction—from beta testing to executive reviews—is seamless, strategic, and impactful.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage high-touch customer engagements, including beta programs, pilots, and executive meetings, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify participants, organize outreach, and capture actionable insights from customer interactions.
Maintain accurate customer records and materials while leveraging collaboration tools to drive operational excellence and visibility across teams.

Requirements:

7+ years in customer engagement or program management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Slack, Google Suite, JIRA, and Smartsheet.
