Now Hiring: Senior Manager, Lighthouse Customer Engagement

Location: Mountain View, CA or San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)

Onsite: Tuesdays in Mountain View + 2 additional onsite days (MTV or SF)

Pay Range: $84 – $87/hr

Join client’s Lighthouse Program, a strategic initiative focused on building strong, long-term partnerships with our most valuable upper Mid-Market customers and partners. These “Lighthouse” accounts help co-create, innovate, and shape our connected end-to-end platform experience.

As the Senior Manager, Lighthouse Customer Engagement, you’ll lead high-touch engagement programs, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive innovation and mutual growth.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage customer engagements — pilots, betas, user research, and strategic reviews

Coordinate executive-level meetings, briefings, and post-meeting actions

Maintain accurate customer insights and engagement documentation

Partner cross-functionally to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences

What You’ll Bring:

7+ years in Customer Engagement, Customer Success, or Program Management (preferably in tech/SaaS)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience engaging senior executives and managing complex programs

Familiarity with Slack, G-Suite, Jira, and Smartsheet

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or PM certification preferred
