Job Specifications

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.

Main Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture team.
Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Assist in coordinating training sessions, colleague engagement activities, and internal communications.
Manage internal communications channels and contribute to the creation and distribution of the People & Culture newsletter.
Handle colleague inquiries with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a positive employee experience.
Support the coordination of payroll and attendance-related documentation.
Participate in organizing colleague recognition programs, events, and welfare initiatives.
Manage casual labor and interns, including onboarding, scheduling, and performance follow-up.
Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis as required.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in Human Resources or Hospitality is an advantage.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
