Business Analyst – Legal – Crawley – Permanent – up to £65,000pa

My Law firm client is looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join them as they are currently undertaking a significant transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements.
Analyze data for insights.
Define user stories and process documentation.
Facilitate workshops and process reviews.
Design solutions and evaluate options.
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 security standards.
Collaborate with developers and maintain IT architecture documentation.
Support deployments and communicate requirements effectively.

They are looking for a Business Analyst with:

BCS certifications (preferred).
Experience with legal CMS, workflow automation, and legal applications.
Knowledge of Agile development, Secure by Design principles, SQL, BPMN.
Strong business and systems analysis skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Previous legal experience is highly desirable.

This position is hybrid role working 3 days a week in the Crawley office
