Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled IT Analyst IV - Technical Support to join our client

Contract Period: 12 Months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: Starting from $34 per hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Location Type: Onsite - 2 days currently, 4 days on site in the New Year
Business Hours: Monday – Friday; Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing access request form
Communicating with requesters
Access provisioning
Validating access provisioned is correct
Retaining evidence for audit
Candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
Team is technical in nature, technical skills such as outlook, MS Excel is a must
Good oral and written communication skills is essential
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
Post Secondary
8+ Years of Relevant Experience
Application Support Experience
Access Provisioning Experience
Experience Report running
Proficient within Excel (macros, vlookups)
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
SQL Experience (run queries)
AML Experience
PowerShell Experience (run queries)
Prior Banking or Financial Experience
