European Marketing Lead | £65,000–£70,000 | Hybrid (2 days per week in London)

Are you a senior marketing professional ready to take the lead across Europe for a fast-growing digital engineering and technology business? My client is seeking a European Marketing Lead to design and execute a broad digital marketing strategy, working across all channels and collaborating with a talented offshore marketing team.

The Opportunity:

Salary: £65,000–£70,000
Location: Hybrid (UK/Europe)
Level: Senior Manager/Lead
Industry: Digital Engineering & Technology Solutions

You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the European marketing strategy, working closely with both offshore and nearshore teams to drive impactful campaigns and support business growth across multiple sectors. This is a hands-on, strategic role with real influence and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the European marketing strategy across all digital channels (social, content, email, paid, SEO, etc.)
Lead and collaborate with offshore and nearshore marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
Align marketing activity with commercial goals, working closely with sales and business leaders
Analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum impact
Manage budgets, agencies, and key stakeholders across the UK and Europe
Ensure brand consistency and innovation across diverse industry sectors

About You:

Senior-level marketing experience (Senior Manager/Lead) in a company of similar size and complexity to my client
Proven track record designing and executing digital marketing strategies across Europe
Experience managing and collaborating with offshore and nearshore marketing teams
Strong understanding of B2B marketing in technology, digital engineering, or IT services
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
