Contract Type: Contract
Salary: up to £370 per day INSIDE IR35
We are looking for 12Junior Business Analysts/Business Analyst to join our organisation and support a number of key projects that will shape the future of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their career in business analysis while working on initiatives that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather and analyse User Needs, pain points, and insights.
Develop personas to describe learning journeys, skills, and capabilities.
Perform data analysis from multiple sources and present findings clearly.
Explore technical solutions, including AI and innovative approaches.
Produce clear documentation, reports, and visualisations.
Engage stakeholders to validate findings and gather requirements.
Ensure outputs align with agreed objectives and contribute to continuous improvement.
