About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who is commercially astute, strategically minded, and passionate about building strong client relationships. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead high-level client engagements, influence strategic growth initiatives, and support junior BD colleagues to develop their skills. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to co-create agile, client-centric solutions that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Lead client engagements and articulate MTC Training’s value proposition with confidence.
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic growth initiatives.
Mentor junior BD team members in meetings and solution design.
Work cross-functionally to deliver tailored client solutions.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain strong key account relationships.
Represent MTC Training at industry events and networking forums.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in senior-level business development or account management.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to solution development.
Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in training, education, or manufacturing sectors is desirable.
Strong CRM expertise and data-driven approach.
