Job Specifications

Job Title: Systems Engineer – Amazon Connect (EC3 Contact Center/Nodejs)

Location: Merrimack, NH or Westlake, TX - 2 weeks Onsite per Month

Interview Process: 1 Round: 60-minute interview with Manager and a few engineers.

A candidate recently backed out and we need to fill this role ASAP. If you or someone in your network has strong Amazon Connect experience and can build Lambdas in Node.js (Python can be considered), let’s connect immediately.

Top Required Skills

Amazon Connect
AWS Lambda development in Node.js (Python acceptable if needed)
Serverless AWS
8+ years of Systems Engineering experience

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
8+ years hands-on Systems Engineering
Expertise designing and maintaining Amazon Connect Contact Flows
Lambda development (Node.js or Python) + DynamoDB integration
Experience with Amazon Lex, third-party API integrations, CRM/case management systems
Strong knowledge of call routing, failover logic, queue configuration, and CloudWatch troubleshooting
CI/CD for Lambda deployments
Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience
Understanding of enterprise-scale, high-availability platforms
Bonus: Genesys, Docker/Kubernetes, AWS certs
Self-starter with strong collaboration, curiosity, and ability to perform under pressure.
