Amazon Connect Engineer

Plano, TX (Onsite Role)

Design, implement, and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform for automated cloud resource provisioning
Build, deploy, and optimize applications/integrations in AWS using Python or Java
Engineer and manage Amazon Connect environments (IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, Kinesis)
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Jules) and manage code repositories (Git/Bitbucket)
Rapidly prototype proof-of-concept solutions and scale to production systems
Implement and support RESTful APIs for contact center integrations and automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient voice solutions
Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure engineering, automation, and data fluency
Support container orchestration and deployment in AWS Cloud environments
Apply best practices for data security, compliance, and call recording in telephony platforms
Stay updated with AWS certifications and emerging cloud technologies
Must have experience in the Banking domain
