Job Title: Amazon Connect Engineer

Location: Plano, TX 75024 - onsite

Duration: Contract to Hire

Skills Required:

Looking for a true Engineer
Hands-on experience with Terraform
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
Responsible for IVR flows and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of ServiceNow for integration will be great plus.
IAC, Terraform and Python are must haves
Experience with and Contact Center is required
