GSM Roofing is searching for a driven Roof Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this high-impact role, you'll perform detailed roof assessments, support our estimating and sales team, and help clients make confident, informed decisions that protect their facilities and investments.
This isn't a roofing installation job - it's a technical field role for someone who loves problem-solving, technology, and being a trusted advisor to customers.
Description/Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct professional roof assessments, moisture surveys, and system evaluations
Perform drone and thermal/IR inspections (training provided if needed)
Document site findings with photos, notes, measurements, and roof assembly details.
Translate field results into accurate reports and recommendations
Partner with Sales & Estimating during client meetings and proposal reviews
Assist with leak and warranty investigations as needed Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications:
3-5+ years of commercial roofing, inspections, building envelope, or related experience
Strong technical aptitude and interest in roof system science
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Valid PA driver's license and clean driving record required
Infrared Thermographer certification preferred
FAA Part 107 drone license preferred
RRO/RRC/RRA or manufacturer credentials preferred
