Freelance Fully Remote Full Stack Python Developer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Python, FastAPI, React/Next.js, and modern cloud-native development. You will work on an evolving codebase, contributing to backend and frontend development, microservices architecture, containerized applications, and cloud deployments. This role requires autonomy, strong technical capabilities, and excellent communication skills for regular progress reporting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
Build scalable frontend applications using React/Next.js and TypeScript
Design, enhance, and support REST APIs and microservices architectures
Work with PostgreSQL to model, query, and optimize relational data
Implement containerized workloads using Docker
Follow advanced Git workflows for version control, branching, and collaboration
Maintain clear technical documentation and ensure high code quality
Proactively identify issues, propose improvements, and deliver solutions

Required Technical Skills

Advanced Python with FastAPI/SQLAlchemy (3+ years)
Solid React/Next.js + TypeScript experience (2+ years)
REST API and microservices architecture
Relational databases (PostgreSQL)
Docker & containerization
Advanced Git workflow
Experience with OpenAI API/LangChain
Cloud deployment (OVH, AWS, GCP)
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
Monitoring & observability (Prometheus/Grafana)

HOURS PER WEEK: Full time
LANGUAGES: English only
