Salt are working with a leading global technology company to recruit a Communications Specialist on a 12-month contract.

This role will be focused on supporting EMEA employee communications, helping to align, engage, and inspire teams across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, results-driven communications team to deliver impactful content that informs and motivates employees around key business initiatives, go-to-market activities, and corporate campaigns.

London (Hybrid // 2-3 days a week)
Start date: December
£250-£275 per day (Inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

Support the execution of pan-EMEA employee communications strategies, focused on go-to-market initiatives, business updates, and key corporate campaigns
Draft, edit, and produce internal communications materials including newsletters, town hall content, presentations, and leadership talking points
Assist in distributing content across multiple internal channels (intranet, email, digital platforms)
Help track and report on communications impact, using data to improve effectiveness
Bring creative ideas and best practice insights into content development
Support the broader communications team on various projects to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

1-2 years’ experience in internal, corporate, or public relations communications, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and tone
Confident managing multiple priorities independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills and proactive approach to delivering tasks
Experience creating content for multiple channels, including digital and presentation materials
Interest in technology and corporate communications a plus
Comfortable supporting go-to-market strategies and corporate campaigns
