At Vantor, you'll work with the U.S. Space Force and our partners as part of the effort to define and manage an integrated system-of-systems space enterprise, specifically focused on Space Systems Command's (SSC) Space Systems Integration Office (SSIO). You will be supporting the SSC BNN office, working to achieve Global Mission Data Dominance (GMDD) by bringing together critical capabilities to empower operators with the information and tools they need to achieve sensor-to-shooter dominance - rapidly detecting threats, sharing critical information, and enabling swift and decisive action.
As part of this role, you will:
Support all BNN projects with IMS in Project Server
Work with BNN Schedulers to identify project interdependencies
Work with SPM to understand risks and dependencies for capability delivery

Basic Qualifications:
US Citizenship Required
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in an engineering, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline
3+ years of experience with Systems Engineering and/or Project Management, schedule planning and development efforts on space-related (space, ground, software, hardware system) Major Defense Acquisition Programs
3+ years of experience developing and managing an integrated, end to end IMS that includes the schedule of key integration, test, and transition to operation activities, as well as critical paths, in order to analyze schedule impacts and recommend corrective actions
Experience developing, documenting, and executing a Lean-Agile process to manage the technical baseline and IMS at all integration levels
Knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project, One Pager Pro, Milestones Professional, Sharepoint, MS Excel, and MS Office
Ability to identify, document, and integrate technical and programmatic data describing systems/segments/elements, interrelationships, interdependencies, and external drivers of operational capabilities to review/provide input to the Operational Capability Schedule
Ability to gather data from multiple sources and stakeholders across the program and display it in a useful manner for the customer
Strong communication and coordination skills to concurrently manage several Enterprise and Program-level schedules and IMS
Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals
Additional qualities:
Experience performing systems engineering, program management, and schedule and development activities on enterprise systems
Experience with using Model-Based Systems Engineering approach to manage system definitions and technical baseline
Experience working with large amounts of data
Experience utilizing metrics to improve processes and ensure consistency and standardization across the organization
Strong understanding of space systems and the corresponding design, development, manufacturing, integration and test, deployment, operations, and decommissioning activities
Knowledge of DoD 5000.01/02
Active TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in an engineering, mathematics, physics, or equivalent technical discipline
INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional certifications (ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)
Clearance:Active Secret
Work Location: El Segundo, CA or Colorado Springs, CO. Hybrid work permitted - mix of on-site & off-site
