Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to oversee the transition of HR systems to Workday. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transitioning HR systems and will play a pivotal role in this migration process.
Responsibilities
Oversee the transition from the current HR system to Workday.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth migration of systems.
Develop and maintain user stories in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues during the transition process.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in transitioning HR systems.
Strong knowledge and experience with Workday.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and creating user stories. Location
