Transformation Delivery Lead

Location: Warwick (with travel to Sheffield, London & other substation locations)

Contract: 6 months (potential to extend)

Hybrid Working | 2 days per week onsite

Rare: Circa £600 per day via Umbrella Co.

Are you ready to lead transformative change and help shape the future of infrastructure delivery? We’re looking for a Transformation Delivery Lead to join our Digital, Transformation & Change team and play a pivotal role in delivering strategic goals through large-scale change initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Plan, manage, and execute transformation projects from initiation to closure.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes aligned with our transformation roadmap.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, securing buy-in and embedding change.
Develop and manage detailed delivery plans, business cases, and success measures.
Drive governance, risk management, and resource planning to ensure smooth execution.
Facilitate workshops and meetings, fostering collaboration and transparency.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills.
Familiarity with digital transformation, Agile methodologies, and tools like Mural.
Construction or infrastructure experience is a plus.
