Embark on your journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic intern development programme. We will create a personalised training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of your programme, you will be equipped with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to kickstart your professional career here at Siemens Mobility.

Take part in our Siemens Intern Development Programme (IDP) where you will be provided with the opportunity to develop your skills through training modules.
Develop a thorough understanding of the specific business units, including their objectives, vision, services, departmental structure, customer base, and supply chain.
Take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes.
Share your learning, insights, and progress, which will help raise your profile within the business

Essential Skills and Attributes;

We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;

You will be studying towards a Business, Human Resources or a Law related degree, possessing good analytical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
